• It takes multiple days to receive a response, it’s always a different person…and on top of this they don’t even review the entire support ticket before providing repetitive answers that if they would have read the ticket would have known they didn’t work.

    I’ve currently been waiting 3 days for a response. When it works, it’s great…just pray you don’t need any support!

    I am sorry that you feel this way about our support.

    The reason why different people are responding to your tickets is that our team is working 24/7 and it would be impossible for one person to cover all shifts. We don’t want our users to wait additionally for the same person to get back to them, especially when this person has a day off.

    Also, we have replied to your ticket and this website should be backing up without any issues now.
