DO you mean list view? Go to Customize > Woocommerce > Archive and select List view from the settings.

To do it, you need to modify the theme file using the oceanwp child theme. Copy the oceanwp > woocommerce folder in your child theme – open the archive file using code editor and edit it as per your need.
