No options to put ‘Service’, ‘Service-man’

I’m strange seeing this new Version: 3.30.3 as found some mismatched options as:
1) No Option to add ‘Service’
2) No Option to add ‘Service Man/ Staff’ ! !
But couple of Weeks ago, just its previous version: 3.29.3, all found perfect working.

How Clients will use belong to this restricted & limited options, I do not realize it ! !

Kindly fix it to review clients decision.
