What is the URL of the site? I checked the site connected to your profile (https://igorfinelli.com/), but did not see a logo on that site – so I wasn’t sure if that is the site you are referring to.

This code should do it:

/* Change background-color of site header */
.site-branding {
  background-color: yellow;
}

Add that in the Customizer under Additional CSS. You can substitute “yellow” with the hex or RGB value for the specific shade you want.
