    Hi,
I just purchase the order tracking just now and im loving it. I would like to know how do I open the exported excel file and also i tried importing the same file to the plugin but it gives me an error

“continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in my-site/wp-content\plugins\order-tracking\PHPSpreadsheet\vendor\phpoffice\phpspreadsheet\src\PhpSpreadsheet\Reader\Xls.php on line 1130
“You have a column which is not recognized:
    .
Please make sure that the column names match the order field labels exactly (without the word order).”

I would like help in this.

    Update:
I have fixed that error, just change the “continue” to “continue 2” in the said file.

Also a fix for the opening of excel file you also just need to edit the file in the error.

    Hi @acemunim,

To import a spreadsheet successfully, the columns must already exist in your site prior to the import, as the error already mentions.

Exporting and viewing the file should work fine as long as your fields have been setup correctly.

I would suggest reviewing your setup of custom fields, categories, etc.

Note: Any changes that you make will be overwritten when you update the plugin in the future.
