    Cannot Change Background Image
I tried 2 templates provided by the plugin, and with both templates (2 separate pages created), I cannot change the main background image.

To test the plugin, and since the background images are far too large in file size affecting page speed, I downloaded the large background image, altered the coloring and file size, so I can tell if the plugin accepts it and uploaded the altered image to my WordPress install.

I then went to the landing page editor and tried to switch out the default image with the uploaded one. The editor/plugin will not change the main background image.

The only place I can see to change the background image is via the left side pop-out editor. There is no save button in it, so clicking “update” button at the top right makes no changes.

Sometimes the image link in the editor disappears, sometimes it stays there, but the end result is as if the editor failed to accept the image and it does not change.

I also tried your documentation and it was not helpful

Am I missing something with this or is it broken?

    Background Image Misaligned
I then used a blank page, tried to insert a background image for the entire page, it showed up in a row in the editor, but in the preview the image was pushed upward cutting half of it off, so 1/2 of the page had no background image.

So far this plugin is not fairing well.

What is the issue here now and why is this happening?

    Hi,

Some templates have background image added to page option panel and some in row options. To know simply edit the row see if the background image field is empty then its set in page options otherwise you can change it right there.

After changing the image all you have to do is update the landing page and changes should be visible.

If you can email me the URL of your landing page I can send you instructions with screenshots.

    Thanks

I will send you login info, that way you can look at it from the backend.

As a note, I was using the page options for the ready-made templates and for the blank one and all had issues as described.

The plugin support provided the information to edit a background image of a template.

    Here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ns428z

I did not see any row boundary window appearing when I was clicking an empty space on the page trying to access the background image in a ready made template. What likely happened was I did not click the right area which did not active the row which the image was stored.

So what is said was correct, the background image is in one of two places, the global Page Options Editor or in a specific row created on the page, which that editor will say “Row Options”

Note: if any changes are made using the pop-out editor (options window), you have to close that window first (clicking the arrow tab) and then update. Otherwise the plugin will not save some of the changes you made, especially any Custom CSS.

I have to say, I have used several different page builders and they all work pretty much the same, but working this one is certainly different.
