Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined

    Plugin is broken, it will not load any settings.
    Console gives this error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (shipping_row.js?ver=1.9.9:952)

    Thank you for your fast reply.
    I installed the update. However, I am still having the same issue. There aren’t any shipping providers showing up in settings anymore, and all providers have disappeared from the order section of our site.

    Hi, We checked and we do not get the property ‘length’ of undefined does not exist anymore, it might be that you are having a conflict with another plugin.
    make sure that WP and all your plugins are up to date and clear your cache.
    If everything is updated and you still get the issue, you will need to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find which one cause a conflict
