Howdy! So this product is rather long and easily bends (which ruins it). After having to replace three 1st class shipments that were sent in bubble mailers with cardboard “wraps” around the item, I’ve decided to ONLY ship it in a small Priority Mail tube. Problem is- even after removing the extra large bubble mailer from the Packaging Manager and adding the Priority Mail Small Tube to the Packaging Manager, it’s still including 1st class package and parcel select ground as options. I thought- without having proper sized packaging for those services, it wouldn’t offer them?? I don’t want to get rid of 1st class or parcel select from my shipping options altogether as I want all of my other products to still offer that option. I even tried making the size of this item (in the “Shipping” tab of the product page) large enough so that it would ONLY fit in a small priority mail tube and that made no difference. Any thoughts/suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey @dbaila

It looks like you’re using WooCommerce Services for this – is that correct?

If you want a specific shipping option for a product then you’d want to look at an extension which provides that functionality.

As your query is related to a premium WooCommerce.com extension, I’m going to mark this as resolved – please reach out to us via your WooCommerce.com account so we can chat about how to solve this problem for you.

Thanks, @dougaitken! I’ll open a ticket through Woocommerce.com! I guess I’ll just ask about what extension I need to get to do this? Thank you!
