    I refunded the order which might take a couple days to process. Let me know if you have any questions. I couldn’t find any support thread in our system so I will look into why that may have happened as well (maybe the form submission didn’t complete properly).

    Was the 2-star rating a reflection of your experience with the plugin or just a reaction to not getting a response for the refund? If you’re happy with MetaSlider it would help us if you could update the review to reflect your experience. Thanks!
