Saving options redirect to wp-admin/options.php with 404 error

  • I am getting a 404 error page when I try to save options in my wordpress theme panel.
    I also tried it by lowering wp version and also by replacing the theme codes from fresh zip file.

    Redirecting to wp-admin/options.php with a 404 error page.

    But still the problem is same, don’t know.. why.

    Also no plugins are installed.
