    Actually here’s not so complicated settings. You need to open gallery settings / thumbnails view section and turn off there borders and shadows for the thumbnails. In general gallery settings block change value for the spacing between thumbnails to zero.
    Then turn off title and description in hover settings and select some custom icon for the zoom or link button, depend of your needs and main gallery proposal.
