Autosuggestion stil on in Blocked user

    Hello,
    Thanks for this great plugin.
    I tried to set off the autosuggestion.
    It works for the To: field but under the Blocked user auto suggestion is stil on.

    Can i switch off auto suggestion over the whole site?
    Otherwise they can find all the users and that is not what i want.
