Only show once working too well!

The “only show once” option seems to log the fact that it has shown the popup at the beginning of the timer when showing onload, which means if they navigate away during this time, it won’t show the popup because it thinks it already has.

Surely it shouldn’t log the fact that it’s shown the dialog either until it has, or even better yet, when they’ve closed it (like the label description implies).
