I’ve recently started having an issue with bookings not working properly on the website any more. My site uses this plugin alongside WooCommerce to reserve places on courses. None of the bookings since 18 April have filtered through into the bookings section of the plugin, although they are in the Woocommerce orders. This means that I can no longer filter the bookings to get a client list for each separate event.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    1.
    – In Booking Activities > Bookings
    – Select the “In cart” status in the “Status” filter
    – Do not add any other filters
    – Apply filters

    Then
    – add a booking group to cart (for exemple Outdoor First Aid (2 days / 16 hours)).
    – add a single booking to cart (for example Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day / 6 hours))

Go back to Booking Activities > Bookings
And tell me if you can see both in cart bookings in the list?

    2.
    – In Booking Activities > Bookings
    – Select the following status in the “Status” filter: “Delivered”, “Booked”, “Pending”
    – Do not add any other filters
    – Click on “Pick an event”
    – Select a future single event on the calendar that has been booked (for example Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day / 6 hours))
    – Apply filters

Tell me if the list of bookings for the selected event appears?

Do the same with a group of events (for exemple Outdoor First Aid (2 days / 16 hours)), and tell me if you can see the list of its booking groups?

    Thanks Yoan,

All sorted now. The status must have been incorrectly picked, not sure why it happened as never had an issue before.

Is there any function to download CSV data or a PDF printout of contact details for all customers booked on the same event?

    Hello,

Yes you can export the bookings currently displayed (with the filters applied) as a CSV file.

So you can filter the booking list by event:
    – In Booking Activities > Bookings
    – Click on “Pick an event”
    – Select the event on the calendar
    – Apply filters

    And export the booking list:
    – Select “Export” in the “Bulk actions” selectbox, above the booking list
    – Click on “Apply”

Here is the documentation: 3. Export bookings to CSV and Sync on a spreadsheet app
