This issue only occurs on mobile. I tried deactivating plugins, the url uses HTTPS and both the site address and wordpress address match in the general settings.

    Please advise.

Most likely a JS issue with document.addEventListener(‘touchstart’, handler, {passive: true});.

    Hey there,

I took a look at the checkout page, but wasn’t able to see any problems – does the spinner happen when the customer tries to submit the order?

Have you tried switching themes and checking to see if you’re having the same problem?

    Hi Hannah,

Yes I did previously try switching themes, but no. The issue is occurring on an iPhone, and the order review and checkout areas and payment areas just spin.

For the rest of the non-Woocommerce areas of the site, the GoMobi site builder is being used, and I have to tell the Woocommerce areas to not redirect. I’ve had this setup in place for awhile, but it hasn’t been an issue until recently. The htaccess file is a mile long with these rules, and I’ve read that apparently that this issue can happen when redirects are present. The url for this checkout page becomes https://www.campforeverfun.com/checkout?redirect=false.

    Thanks for explaining further!

This can definitely be a redirect problem – the checkout page is quite sensitive to redirects and other input. It’s also interesting that this is only happening with the iPhone.

Which browser is it happening with on the iPhone? If you try a different browser on the same device, does it work correctly?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
