Blogroll as option form?

Hello-

I’m attempting to take my blogroll and put it in a form with scrollable options and a “go/select” button to send the user to the link. I’m doing this for congruency reasons to match some other forms.

I think my problem is that I need to relocate the href into the option tag but I have no idea how to do it. WP doesn’t provide a get_link_href or anything similar that I can find.

Any ideas?
