tosrus youtube links lead to http instead of https

Hello, as topic describes the tosrus lightbox opens youtube videos with http instead of https on ssl websites. This bug exists since several years and after every update i have to change the code in jquery.tosrus.min.all.js.

I’m not sure if this is only the case when you activate ssl after installing the plugin, but the script should check which protocol is used to avoid this bug. Other lightboxes are working fine as far as i can tell.

Please fix this in coming updates, this is a very annoying behaviour.
