The Star Ratings button in the Classic visual editor outputs a shortcode. You could insert that shortcode into a SiteOrigin Editor manually as follows:

If we receive a lot of requests to add support for the Editor widget, we could certainly look into it. For the moment, it would be best to reach out to the author of kk Star Ratings and ask them to add support for the Editor widget which is part of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

Try testing with only kk Star Rating and Page Builder activated, temporarily deactivate all other plugins.
