If you go to Shield > Security Dashboard > Users, does it show your user session in the table?

If not, it’s possible Shield hasn’t been able to create the database table and so when you try to authenticate with security admin, it’s failing to update the user session record.

I can’t access into security dashboard due to plugin access restriction but some reason access key unable to authenticate asking me re login into WordPress
