Lost Line of Icons in Post

  • Hello. I have a user who is having problems with seeing both rows of tool icons (Bold, Underline, Bullet list, Number list, etc.) in the Edit Post view. Both rows are there to begin with but when she flips to HTML view and back to Visual view, only one row of icons remains. The missing row is the one with “Format”…the 2nd row.

    She was using IE 8 and we switched her to FF…still same problem. I’m on the same platform and do not have this problem.

    Any ideas would be appreciated!
