How to display the ToCs only in widget?

    How to display the ToCs only in widget? It always show in both my post and sidebar.
    Besides, I cannot make the sidebar ToCs sticky. I tried both “tm-sidebar” and “.tm-sidebar” in my Yootheme Pro theme.
