top outside links ranking?

I’m looking for a plugin or a way to display a ranking of most clicked outside links. Everything I’ve found is about in-site posts and links, but I need to make this ranking about where is people going from the site. I’m sure it already exists since it’s a pretty common use, but I can’t find it out. Any help greatly appreciated ??
