Joerg, we’re getting an error on this side. Can you disconnect completely, then try reconnecting again?

How can i disconnect?
Jetpack is installed but not connected.

On wordpress.com i can see only one site.
And villa-landzauber.de is not connected on wordpress.com.

I have disconnected all websites from wordpress.com.
But only the second site hundeschule-schnauzevoll.de can be reconnected.
The error on villa-landzauber.de still exist.

Please try deleting Jetpack specifically from the Plugins section of your blog’s Dashboard: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack

This will clear out Jetpack’s settings, and it should work properly after a reinstall.

The plugin was reinstalled but no success.

Thanks for giving that a try, let’s look at a couple of other options:

1. Please install and activate this plugin:

https://github.com/automattic/jetpack-addons/archive/add/jp-rm-options.zip

Once activated, it will remove any stale Jetpack data on your site. Deactivate the plugin, then try to connect again.

2. If that doesn’t work, please delete that plugin and then try installing and activating this one instead:

https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack-addons/archive/add/old-connection-flow.zip

Once installed, try to connect again. This plugin uses a slightly different connection flow, which may help with the issue you’re having. If it works, the plugin can then be deleted.

If neither of those work, delete both of those plugins and come back to us so we can look into this further.

Are you running any security plugins, security reverse-proxies (like Cloudflare or Sucuri), or server-side security (like mod_security)? If so, would you please try connecting with those temporarily deactivated?

No, cloudflare is inactiv.
I have disabled all security options.
But no success.

Thanks for checking. It looks like this behaviour may be the result of an issue on our end, so I’ve passed these details on to our developers. To help us investigate further, it would be great if you could reply with the following:

1. Go to WP Admin > Settings > General
2. Copy/paste the WordPress Address (URL)
3. Copy/paste the Site Address (URL)
