You don’t have enough permission to access this page

    Hi. I’m trying to get into the dashboard and also the parents page and i’m getting faced with the error ‘You don’t have enough permission to access this page’.

    I have tried disabling all plugins except this and it is still doing this.

    Could it be to do with my PHP version perhaps?

    Hi @kurvecreative,

    It seems you might be using some Forum plugin before or with WPSchoolPress. Forum plugins have one user called “Keymaster” which blocks WPSchoolPress users and hence the pages are not accessible. Even if you will deactivate those plugins, the user, “Keymaster” will remain in the backend database and still you will face the same issue. If you have same kind of issue, you can create a new data base of WPSchoolPress by deleting the current one. We will soon have an update on this issue where this will be resolved.
