Can you please help me. I received these messages after I performed a system check:-

I did a system check and these messages came back. Can you help.

Your PHP Version should be updated.

The optional module, bcmath, is not installed, or has been disabled.
Warning The optional module, fileinfo, is not installed, or has been disabled.
Warning The optional module, imagick, is not installed, or has been disabled.
The scheduled event, action_scheduler_run_queue, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

  • This means, that you are running an older version of php. Also some recommended packages of php are not installed. Check your server settings and load them, and also update your php version to 7.2 or later

Thank you for your advice. I will go and take care of it now.

    Regards Lizzie

I’m getting a similar error however I know my site is on PHP 7.3 and I have bcmath and curl installed. Is there a way to force a re-scan or delete previous scan results?

I’ve rebooted the server as well.

@cgioconda have you tried clearing all cache and deleting the transients under WooCommerce > Status > Tools? If this doesn’t help, please send your System Status Report, and a screenshot of the error message you are seeing. You can follow the instructions on https://snag.gy to capture and upload the screenshot.

    Cheers!

    Hi,
I just made all the needed upgrades (php, now 7.3 and WordPress, now 5.2.1)
Using System Check Errors, I have only two points:
The optional module, fileinfo, is not installed or has been disabled
The optional module, imagick, is not installed or has been disabled

(my message is in Italian, I hope I translated it well to English)
How can I solve this issue?

    Thank you
    Maurizio
