Xeior theme – how to change header text and how to edit menu

  • Using Xeiro theme,
    (1) header test:
    in what file and how do I change the default text in the header. Presently says: blog, just another wordpress blog.
    (2) Menu
    In what file and how to I edit existing menu. Default is two tabs, Home and About. I want to add a full horizontal drop down menu.
