State/Province Dropdown Doesn’t Work on iOS

    I have a website where the dropdown list for State/Province doesn’t drop down on click so customers can’t choose their state or province. This only happens on Iphone or Ipad. On Android phones, tablets and Windows devices it is fine.

    Scott, what do you have in settings for Shipping & Selling locations? Worldwide or only U.S.?

    Never mind. I switched to laptop and can see you have Canada as well. There’s a glitch with the theme, it’s not WC. Something to do with backface visibility. Still investigating. You may want to test by switching to a default theme.

    I believe this theme is a premium theme that’s not supported here. You might want to speak to the theme author.

    I’ll switch to a default theme and test. That will prove if it’s the theme or not. I’ll let you know.
