GDPR Unsubscribe/Manage button/url

    A user should be able to got to a page input its email to unsubscribe or manage his subscription.

    After submitting the form a secure url is sent by email, then the user can unsubscribe/mange his subscription as asked.

  • There is the “unsubscribe” link in every newsletter sent, what’s the issue?

    Hi there @dreadlox,

    As mentioned above, there is an unsubscribe link in every email and a logged in user can visit the manage subscription page.

    It isn’t possible to allow a logged out user to visit a subscription page and unsubscribe as then they could enter any email address and unsubscribe the user.
