Images in comments

    I see no where in the settings to control images being uploaded through the comments.
    Lately the images have been down sized really small, way smaller than any of the image sizes. I was just wondering if Imsanity has anything to do with that.

    Imsanity resizes any image that is stored in the WP Media Library, although technically this applies to any uploader that runs the wp_handle_upload filter. I’m not aware that WordPress allows images in comments by default, so it is likely that some other plugin is involved in your commenting system. That’s where I’d start asking to figure out the sizing issues.

    It just started happening after Imsanity install. The current plugin (which is no longer available in repository) has been working fine until then.
    I will be switching to a different plugin soon, although there are not many to choose from.
    What I don’t understand is why Imsanity is working beautifully in Posts but is resizing the images for comments in an entirely different way.

    It has 3 settings for various areas. So if you put different dimensions in the various areas, it’s going to handle post images differently from others.
