Hi, I am using the premium version.
    1. I want to know how do I activate [order-status], [order-name], [order-location] & other missing fields on [customer-order] page?

    2. How do I list all orders in 1 single page without having to enter the order number?

    Thank you.

    Hi @seyren,

    Regarding 1.)

Could you go to Options > “Order Information Displayed” and see what fields you have enabled? Please select the fields you want to display in the forms.

    Regarding 2.)

The shortcodes available to you are as follows:
    [tracking-form]
    [customer-form]
    [sales-rep-form]
    [customer-order]

All these forms require some necessary input in order to display information. If you are trying to show all orders for anyone to see on the webpage without having to input anything, unfortunately, there is no option to do so in the plugin.

I’m referring to the information displayed on [customer-order]. I don’t find a field to enter location, order name & order status.

    Hi @seyren,

Unfortunately, the [customer-order] shortcode does not have those fields. This shortcode was implemented to allow customers to create their own orders which admins can then update in the back-end.

However, if you are using the [tracking-form] shortcode, you can update the location and status of the order on the front end.
