Search Results: Load Page

I am building a search where a visitor can enter their zip code to find the location that serves them (not necessarily the closest to them, but, the one that actually services their zip code).

I have build over 40 location pages (where they need to land), each has hidden content that includes the zip code that they serve).

I need the search, when they enter their zipcode, to bring them directly to the correct location page, instead of taking them to a page that shows a summary sentence of that page, where they have to click again to go to the page itself.

Is this possible.

IE:

They go to the Location page which houses the search cell.
They fill in the search cell (for this example, they enter “37216) and hit “search”
This zip code is serviced by the Nashville location, but, instead of the search taking them to the “Nashville” page directly, it takes them to “?s=37216” where they again have to click another link to go to the destination page.
