500 Internal Server Error

    I have installed and activated this plugin, unfortunately am unable to access it through the site url: https://lagrandemaison.row.ug/pos, keep getting error: 500 internal server error and yet have cross checked and there are no server issues. what could be the problem and how should I solve this. thank you

    I have employed most solutions found here with the same problem but to no positive result. FYI i don’t have jetpack plugin installed

    Just solved the problem, it was with my permalinks, had to change from custom to ppst name and now its working just fine.
