Refresh to see the content of a page after Defer parsing of javascript files

  • Hi,
    I’m using “speed booster pack plugin” and i solved a lot of problems to improve my website speed.
    After setting “Defer parsing of javascript files” in “speed Booster options” I found an issue on this page (https://camereaorequartomiglio.com/galleria/) i have to refresh it to see the gallery in it.
    i don’t know why but if i use “Move scripts to footer” rather than “Defer parsing of javascript files” everything works.
    I would like to use “Defer parsing of javascript files” option because it’s more efficient but I must solve this issue linked to this page: https://camereaorequartomiglio.com/galleria/

    The plugin seems to work well with all the pages of my website except for this one.

    I know that i can Exclude scripts from being deffered but i tried to include all the script handles and script paths of each enqueued script detected by the plugin but it didn’t work the same. where i can find the script handle of an element? does this function work?

    it seems that when i activate “Defer parsing of javascript files” it breaks the function

    Hi, just a few questions for you.

    Are you using a plugin for your gallery? If are using a plugin, have you spoken to the plugin developers about this issue?

    Also, do you have a cache plugin running in your site? If you do, what happens when you exclude the page in question from being cached? Does it help in any way?

    hi,
    i’m using avada and i contacted them and they said to me that sometimes plugin like speed booster can break functions like my gallery.
    i think that the defering option is not compatible with avada and i will have to use “Move scripts to footer” option.
    as you can see even other pages like https://camereaorequartomiglio.com/servizi/ and https://camereaorequartomiglio.com/servizi/ at the end of the page are broken.
    but they work well with “Move scripts to footer” option so i think that it’s a problem linked to “Defer parsing of javascript files” which breaks my js functions

    I guess for now the above option is the only action you can take for now.

    Yes, i tested the last version but when i activate “Defer parsing of javascript files”
    It’ breaks my function. i’m gonna wait till the right update. the plugin works well the same. By the way I would like to use even that option.

    I understand what you mean, but remember that sometimes for certain reasons not all features of a plugin can be activated.
