    Hi, I’ve been battling with this issue for hours and I figured out exactly what’s going on. When inserting anything inside the field “Fee Title” then the fee is shown and added twice on the cart and check out pages (like “whatever fee” and “whatever fee#2”). Is there a fix for this issue already? Can you help anyway me if not? Many thanks in advance!

    Thank you for sharing the URL of your site.

    I have checked and I have observed that only one fee is displayed on the checkout page on your site. Even I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site, only one fee is added to the cart and the checkout page.

    Please share the screenshots of the settings which are set in our plugin on your site and also share the screenshots of the cart and the checkout page.

    This information would help us to replicate the issue on our end and get back to you with an update.

    I tried to check the error on your provided site, but I am unable to view any error on the checkout page or on any other page.

    Can you please share the screenshot of the error which you are facing on your site? Also, please provide the information which I have asked in my last reply.

    That’s not my site. The product takes you off-site. Add another product except for that one.

    Thank you for providing us the screenshot of the Your order table where two fees are added.

    Can you please share the screenshots of the settings which are set in our plugin and that of the product for which the issue is replicated? This information would help us in replicating the issue on our end.

    It would be great if you have any staging site where we can debug the issue without affecting your live site.
