Multisite – per site, but global settings

Hey @wasanajones,

Wordfence is Multisite compatible, but it does need to be Network Activated and shouldn’t be configured individually on each site.

What issue are you running into? Do you have an error or perhaps screenshots of the issue you can share?

Hi – thanks for clarification on network activation, I think that saved some heartburn – but doesn’t solve the issue

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to reproduce this yet. I’ll keep testing.

In the meantime, can I gather some more information from you?

Who are you hosting with?

Are you able to share your PHP error logs from around the time this has happened? You can send them to [email protected]. If you’re not sure where these are you host can provide them to you.

Can you please email me your Diagnostics report so we can review the plugins on the site? From the WordPress Dashboard navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics then click SEND REPORT BY EMAIL to send it to [email protected]. Please also add your www.remarpro.com username and update this post so we’ll know what it’s in reference to.

I won’t be able to get to this for a few days – but will gather info together and ping you with it

this problem involves Query Monitor also

not resolved, but it made me look… and yep, either disable Query Monitor, or disable Wordfence to do a WP All Import import.
