Ticket opening registration number

I would like to know if there is how to appear in the ticket control panel the ticket opening number when a call is opened, as I believe it is easier to manage the calls to the users if it has this number, it can be something like # 001 and so sequentially.

You are right, it’d be great to have a tracking ID per ticket for the user for easy tracking. At present admin can have the ID easily from the admin panel:

If you want a dedicated column for the ID, you can easily do that by installing a plugin like Simply Show IDs
