This is most likely because of a issue between WC and your host. You could revert back to the older version of WC and test and also contact your host. That was the initial issue with WC when 3.6 came out. That was supposedly fixed in 3.6.1 and has since been rectified across the board with 3.6.2

    Hi @gringo19,

Have you tested only having WooCommerce core plugin activated and on the latest version, as well as setting the theme to Storefront to see if that helps? Then activate the rest of your plugins back one by one and the theme to your original theme until the site crashes again to find the culprit.

Backing up your live site before any testing and updates is highly recommended. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging. This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Let us know how it goes!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
