Popup does not display

I hope you’re doing well!

I’ve visited your site and indeed the pop-up is not shown. However, the plugin’s code is loaded on a page. There are few JS errors on the developer’s console that indicates there is a conflict with another plugin.

If you have a cache/minification plugin active? Would you please temporary deactivate it and see if the issue is still there?

If the issue is still there after deactivatin cache plugin, please run a full test for a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all other plugins and test if the pop-up is showing up. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Thank you so much for you answer.
I found the problem : I have another pop-up for email capturing (with a mailchimp code inserted in a widget). Apparently, only one is showing, the mailchimp one before the Hustle one.

Do you know how can I display both of them ? I use mailchimp to capture email, and I would like to use Hustle to decrease my bounce rate showing the last published article.

Are both the widget and the popup coming from Hustle plugin?
If not, can you try to use Hustle’s Embeds for the Mailchimp form?
If so, are you using the MailChimp integration in both the widget and the popup?
Please advise so I can try to replicate in my end and further troubleshoot this.
