Can’t open the login page after changing the settings

In the Settings I have changed the url from “https://adelacreative.com/urgetosplurge/wp-login.php” to “https://adelacreative.com/urgetosplurge/wp-login.php” and now I can’t get inside the admin to change that url back. Does anyone know how to change that back via Dreamweaver, or what to do to fix the problem and be able to get back into the admin?
