Going the extra mile…

Each time I’ve contacted PMPro support they always seem to go that extra mile for you. You know when you’re busy you just want to answer the query as succinctly as possible.. move onto to the next query as soon as possible. Well, PMPro support don’t seem to do this.
The first clue is that they actually try to, and invariably do, understand what problem you are actually trying to solve, even if the support request is, shall we say, less than specific!
Then they do their research, don’t just answer with ‘take a look here’ or ‘provide more detail’ responses (the ‘fob-off’). In my last interaction, @TheunsCoetzee actually researched the issue, couldn’t find a simple solution so wrote a code recipe, with the ability to configure it, for my needs!!
Now you see, that’s going the extra mile.
