    Greetings,

I recently set up a Mautic instance in the hopes of taking my email delivery out of the hands of third parties, and found your plugin to facilitate the collection of email addresses on my site.

However, when I attempt to create a new embed and “Fetch Lists” I get the error “No audience list defined for this account. Please double check your settings are okay.”

I’ve done a bit of troubleshooting on this, and sadly the error message seems quite unspecific, as I realized this same exact error comes up even if I put in the wrong URL/user name/password.

Please consider this both a support request and feature suggestion. If I give you wrong credentials, it should give me a message saying so.

    Hello there @chriscantwell,
hope you’re doing well today! ??

Can you please ensure that you enable API and HTTP Basic Auth in your Mautic configuration API settings.

Your Mautic installation URL should also start with either http or https.

Please consider this both a support request and feature suggestion. If I give you wrong credentials, it should give me a message saying so.

Appreciate the feedback on this, I’ve already shared this with our developers and designers.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

Any more action on this? I am getting the same error, but it is on WP 5.2, and the plugin is listed as untested.

    Hello @kenlyle

    I trust you’re doing well!

I apologize for the late reply. I’ve tested the Mautic integration on my end and could not replicate this issue.

Please make sure a Segments is created on mautic end and try to add at least one contact.

Please open a new thread in support forums if the issue still not resolved because this thread is created by another author. This way, the author will not be getting email notifications each time when there is a new post in the thread.

Have a good day and take care!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
