How to disable post indexing/search.

  • I want to disable the whole indexing process in order to save server resources. I am using external plugin and don’t need WordPress Builtin Search Functionality.

    This has been asked before but the answer isnt very clear.

    There is the Disable Search plugin , but it is not clear whether it accomplishes that.
