Reset link invalud

    I have tried 10 times to use the password reset link.
    I just keep getting the following message:
    Your password reset link appears to be invalid.
    Please request a new link below.
    Any suggestions please, I need to reset my password to log in to purchase 2 extensions.
    Thank you

    Solved,
    There are 2 angled brackets one at the beginning of the reset link and one at the end. The first one appears black, not part of the link, the end one is blue obviously part of the link so being not sure if they’re meant to be there I deleted both and voila, I can now change my password!!!!!!!
