Form needed for user-generated content

Our blog is user-generated, and so we need a way for users to get their stories and files to us. We’ve used TDO Forms, but it crapped out on us recently, and we haven’t heard back from the developer. I’m wondering if there are any other good plugins out there for this?

We’d like a form that dumps submissions into our WP database, not one that sends the form data to us in an email.
