How to exclude JS to be minify and combined please

@alexlii is the URL https://shop.lovcour.com/? I’ve tried to append a query string like https://shop.lovcour.com/?wpacu_no_load but it redirects me to a different URL with a message that service is not available.

There is Wordfence on our server, and IP-Geo-Block is enabled, would you please let me know your country so that I can add it into White list.

and upload them by their official plugin:

The custom menu and page by Hype will not show up even if I set these two url as exclude from Combine:

In this situation, I have do disable “Combine loaded JS (JavaScript) into fewer files”.
