Form identified as SPAM on Chrome but works on Explorer

The form was working yesterday but today has issues sending the information. I cleared my cookies and history in case it was from my previous test submissions yesterday and it still wouldn’t work. I tried it on Explorer and it went through fine. I tried deactivating the captcha and it still didn’t work. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some guidance. I thought it was bc I just customized the layout of the checkboxes in the css, but removing it back to the previous layout did not fix the issue either. I checked and the form is identifying my submission as spam even after I have deactivated Recaptcha.
