“Discussion” Behavior in my WordPress 2.8.1

I have 3 authors in my website. When somebody write a comment, them (the author of the post) don’t receive the messages in their email. But if I (as an admin) write a comment in their posts; then, my comment arrive to their inbox. I want the authors of each post to receive general comments, not only the admin comments.
