    Hi there after my last woocommerce update I can not sync my Printful store with woocommerce is there anything I can do?
    The folks at Printful have said I should downgrade my plugging but when I do that out of my backup I will loose all the data that I did today.

  • Hi @joker866 – sorry you are having some issues with Printful. I have a site that uses Printful, and is running WooCommerce 3.6.1 without any issues. Which version of the Printful plugin are you using?

    As we’re unable to replicate the problem, it’s possible that it’s caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Printful
    • Try the sync again

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
