MySQL based, php front, Gear Review plug-in

First, if this exists I apologize. I DID a search of this forum, and checked was WP knows is out there.

I’m looking to launch a new website, WP based, but want to be able to solicit readers comments and opinions of gear that is database driven so I can average the ratings of specific features while showing individual comments. The reason for the database driven is so that I can also quantify some basic criteria of my readers such as their skill level, weight, age, gender, etc. which, theoretically might skew the results. The goal is for viewers to filter the reviews to those with similar stats to see if a particular piece of equipment will work for them even though the overall picture may be less than stellar.

Anyone know of anything?
