hustle popup mailchimp integration error

Hi,
I installed Hustle plugin and created a pop-up.
I added a list with a group of Mailchimp, and they’re not receiving the opt-in.The ajax form is getting submitted successfully but the users are not added to the list . The double opt-in setting is enabled in my Mailchimp account so users will get a verification mail first, from there they can subscribe by verifying them self. No verification mail is getting sent. Please have a look on this issue & let me know @ banerjeeneel,[email protected].

The list is working for long time and has subscribers already.

Now the both options (“Automatically opt-in…” and “Allow already…”) are disable, but I tried also with options on.

Any idea?
